For a while, as some resources have freed up, we are moving to 
a push mode to regain and clarify approach on Order Management 
in the external developmental code releases.

We expect that daily (nightly actually, US Eastern) tarballs 
will be issued, and take position at the convenience download 
HTTP link -- FTP access would permit retrieval of prior 
interim releases from:
 	ftp://ftp.trading-shim.org/pub/local/trading-shim/attic/

We are advised by Freshmeat that they ration 'front page' 
appearances, and so we will request front page placements on 
Friday or Monday, as releases warrant, going forward for a 
while.
