[ts-gen] slipstream shim-060607 released

We have pushed 
ftp://ftp.trading-shim.org/pub/local/trading-shim/shim-060607.tgz as it has 
been a couple weeks since the last release.  It received testing after today's 
New York close, and seems to be without loss of functionality.

It passed all of my command language testing without incident, but as it has 
not yet been tested against the live market, we slipstream it.

As before, I (Russ) am running the shim against tws version 857 -- We have 
several bugs open with IB's TAC on nuisance bugs as to charting issues, and 
data feed drops, and are promised a release of a new standalone unix .jar set 
next week.  I have basically written off 858, due to its mangled storage and 
retrieval of the charting XML customizations which I use.

Bill has also been revisiting moving from binary format, to 'cooked' ascii text 
format test datastreams, for simplifying test harness and development setup, 
more in the Unix pipeline model.
