[ts-gen] successful completion of test suite on CentOS 4, Debian 'testing'

I had successfully completed the included 'make test' suite, 
and the ./bin/unsafe test, and my added tests, on both the 
CentOS 4, and the Debian 'testing' distributions.

In order to run the /bin/regress which is called by 'make 
test', I used apt-get to install 'pdksh' and for my added 
tests, 'php4-cli',  I configured 'distcc' to have a 
~/.distcc/hosts which contained only the value:
 	localhost

This had the effect of removing any differing patching in 
build or test environments [I do mechanically patch in the 
mysql database and such, and the remote TWS address to 
connect to, but this is common between each unit.]
