Summary of Changes:

Nota Bene:  We are is a mode where express intervention, to 
make sure inadvertent testing against a funded, non-paper 
account does NOT occur.  The added functionality is on the 
path of Order Management

The order regression script provides a vehicle for testing 
orders;  it enters a pair of buy and sell orders at market. 
Order status updates, order modification, and order 
cancellation do NOT work.

If permitted to run against live money it is certain that 
commissions would be experienced, and of course there is NO 
belief in the appropriateness of such a 'churning' strategy.

We repeat:  THIS CODE IS FOR TESTING ONLY.  USE ONLY WITH THE 
DEMO OR PAPER ACCOUNTS.  DO NOT RUN THIS VERSION AGAINST A 
REAL ACCOUNT.  You have been warned.

This is of course good news, despite the cautionary matter 
above, as we are proceeding with the 'unblocking' and 
restoration of Order Management functionality.  Recall that we 
had initially prevented our prior order code from being 
present and active in prior external releases, as we were 
dissatisfied with its robustness.

We continue on on the 'implementation' road to restoring that 
function.  This release close on the heels of last week's 
release is indicative of progress in that regard.
