[ts-gen] Additions to website

Gearing up for the documentation releases, we have added a 
Google driven Search box, a flat Site map, and an About link 
to the website

A clean copy of Bill's dissertation, is down the 'about' tree, 
with the correct fonts, and the color plates which his 
awarding University's copy omits, is at:
 	http://www.trading-shim.org/about/pippin/node2.html
 	http://www.trading-shim.org/about/pippin/dissert.pdf

The site map is automatically generated and presently shows 
the approximately thirty principal pages in the site with 
their title line, so that one can quickly navigate to the 
desired one.

For example, in answering recent questons of the list, it had 
completely slipped my mind, that a run of the 'make test', 
which in turn calls 'bin/regress' had already been captured 
and marked up by me at:

which shows what to expect to see rather well.

The search box reminded me  ;)
