Yes, for an existing order not yet filled, you would use Cancel as the
order action for an existing order, and also (this is critical) use the
same line item record id as the first parameter of the order command.
The other parameters ordinarily should duplicate the originals except
where you wish to modify the order, but for cancels, where the shim sends
a cancel order request instead of a place order request, it shouldn't
matter as long as they are syntactically correct, that is natural or
floating point decimals numbers as required.
