[ts-gen] Database structure

An anonymous user commented on the difficulty of coming to terms with the
database table schema while our manual is still incomplete.  I'd like to
take this opportunity to emphasize the value of two posts that can be
found in the mailing list archives; I made detailed posts about symbols
and orders in August and September, respectively:

For those who prefer to keep your correspondence off-list, I hope you'll
reconsider your dislike of mailing lists, at least ours.  We go to some
effort to keep spam out, and it's very low volume.  Please feel free to
participate, and please understand that it is our goal that it be a
friendly, hospitable place in which to discuss access to the IB tws api.

And if you find the second post of use, consider that it wouldn't have 
occurred if a user had not cared enough to post a question to the list.
Those of our users who are willing to communicate on the list contribute
far out of proportion to the effort required to dash off a quick email.
Without feedback, we have *no* *idea* what features and improvements are
of most value to the community.
