Hi Josef,
the "help" command is dead since few weeks, it's a known problem.
You might find some examples of how to use TS in the exs directory, and in the pdf's available on the website.
Release 887.2 is correct for TS.

Hi,
I'm running TWS Version 887.2, Aug 26 and shim-081003.
I used the user: edemo, passwd:demouser account from IB.
I can connect to the TWS, but when I try to run commands shim crashes.
Command "ping" worked, but command "help" did not.

client id 1; and queried for the account code, which
