[ts-gen] shim error

Hi Bill,

I am having difficulty with the latest shim release "shim-100318" (have used
a release from last year up to this point).  I am using the default values
for the ".shimrc" file, and I can connect to the mysql database with a user
name of "shim" without a password.  Do you have any insights into what is
wrong?

          The trading shim has connected to the database server and
          loaded  51620 products.  The IB tws offered api level 47,
          and connection negotiation resulted in an api level of 23
          and a client id of  1.
Problem: 414 mysql query evaluation failed
Error 1044 (42000): Access denied for user 'shim'@'localhost' to database
'testing'
insert ignore
  into AccountCode(code)
values
('UXXXXXXXX');
Problem: 417 AccountCode tuple not found following insert


Problem: 525 could not obtain IB account info at startup
