Mike,

Before I respond to your new question about history data, would
you please be so kind as to let us know what the result was with
respect to your previous query? 

In particular, I'm interested in whether you corrected the database
permissions by using the setup.sql script, or whether you avoided
the problem by manually entering the account code, offline, and in
either case, what happended when you next started the shim.

Your answer may also be of later interest to readers browsing our
list archives.
